Car is a manual.

When I ordered the car, I wanted what was supposed to be one with the most headroom (no sunroof). It turned out to be 4090 lbs on my digital scales.

I also got Navigation which was sorta dumb, since I use my iPhone for any navigation (love using Waze).

I also thought suede wheel and knob was included with the suede dash panel...so I got that, too. I never saw a ZL1 with a leather wheel and knob before.

This thread makes me sad......having these driving machines sit in garages is criminal. They aren't ultra rare Ferrari's......I'm extremely obsessive compulsive about keeping my car clean (not sure if this is part of the reason for the posters here keeping it in the garage so much?), so I just clean it a lot. A little over 2 years of ownership and 29000 miles on the car and she runs as strong as ever. I still take her out on most weekends in the morning and just go for a drive. I've never done that with any other car.

Sold mine Saturday, Prices are good now because the new one is not released. Not going to miss it all that much it was fun and I enjoyed it. Do not like the gen6, so I ordered a 2016 392Hemi Challenger

Agree...I bought this car to drive, I love driving my Z and it bothers me thinking about leaving it in the Garage.... I am tracking pretty close to you.. 9 months in a 8.5K miles (soon to be 11K - I am driving it from California to Minnesota (what a drive in a ZL1!!!!).

I like it a lot. I still have some data logging to do. Once I get these items ironed out I am going to write a full review of my experience with the 125 package and Ted at JRE. Been happy so far.

One thing, the headers seems to be hitting something when I turn. I can hear it rub up against something else. Someone else reported the same issue. I am taking it to my installer to see what they can do. Hopefully they can figure out a solution before I go back to Ted.

Drove an RT/Scat Pak Challenger last summer--rental--with 6-speed manual and 5.7L (392). Was a great car; put 2000+ miles on it driving from Salt Lake to Seattle and back. Great performance and a solid ride; felt heavier than the Camaro and not quite as nimble in handling, but a great ride. Highway driving it averaged 27-28 mpg and all the power I ever wanted. (Never used the full potential--bright red and paper plates attracted a lot of attention!) Hope you enjoy your Challenger!

Thanks for your feed back.

I'm trying to figure out how much time I need to install this kit so I can allow enough down time between track days....headed to Buttonwillow this coming Saturday.
