yeah, not sure how he is swinging it but he is good. running the garage I know he gets cuts on purchases and most likely access to tune and dyno free most likely. he said he can have it mostly done in a day.

I'm not sure how large your cam is, but I was told if I wanted any more power out of mine I would need to upgrade the fuel system. I just had an LSA put on mine with a stock cam. 4500 is a good price for what your getting. You are also going to want a smaller pulley with that cam to get the same boost.

^^^^^^ that. ADM sells zl1 fuel pumps cheap-ish. And you might as well get the FPCM while your at it. $200

He is planning on doing the aftermarket pulley when he does the entire thing. My cam is compcam's mild version. he suggested changing this for a larger cam as well but not at this time. On the consideration block that he is also suggesting is e85 or meth as well. he said after this, ill be held back by running 93.

Unless your going for four digits don't bother e85 with your fuel system. You have to replace the entire system. A zl1 pump even isn't enough. You will need 1000cc at least injectors. 1300 wouldn't hurt depending on the power goal. And if you go over 550 hp on an SS your gonna start messing shit up

Considering superchager

Your looking at 2-3k just on fuel
System to run e85, properly

I did the ADM LSA kit myself. It is a great, cost effective kit to install. Andy has deals periodically and you can really get a deal. My build thread has a ton of details starting on the third page...

In 2010 I installed an E-Force S/C. Counting the S/C, Roto-Fab CAI, Jannetty Fuel rail upgrade, ZL1 fuel pump, and 72# injectors.

Total parts and tune was $7700. No labor charges, I installed every thing myself. 546/rwhp and 522/rwtq.

My kit was 6k through Juiced Motorsports and my buddy who owns a shop installed it for me, so I lucked out there with install costs.

Mine is in the shop getting the Magnuson Heartbeat TVS2300 installed. I pick it up next Tuesday. Taking an extra couple of days as I am having it painted Bright Yellow before the install. I am very anxious to see / feel the difference....

Anyone else installed this blower?

A ZL1 fuel pump and ADM FDCM is required for all SS cars that are planning extra boost and larger injectors. 1LE's, and I believe 2014-15 SS cars have the ZL1 pump, but, will still need the ADM FPCM if you have the ZL1 pump. They usually drop the rear cradle to do the pump install, so consider getting cradle bushings if you don't already have them done at the same time. Toe links, trailing arms, and upper control arm bushings also. If your a 2010-11 I would do the LCA's also for the FE 4 sway setup. This will cost you a lot if you have to pay to have the work done.

I went with a Magnuson TVS2300. I looked at the factory supercharger and just found it to not be as powerful as the aftermarket ones. The reason I went with the Maggie is it's solid Eaton internals and the maintenance is ZERO for the period of time I plan on driving this car, 100k miles. Your best bet is the ZL1 fuel pump to supply the pressure, many will argue it's not needed BUT as you keep modding you'll wish you had and at 4th gear WOT it can get a pressure drop. I cut a hole under my seat (search the forum for that one) used the special tool from AMAZON and it was a total piece of cake. I did the complete install myself and downloaded the install manuals from Magnuson. It seemed to be a very thorough write up and something that I could do with my own tools. Best wishes either way you go. You will love the Torque!

Installed. I just did a SLP TVS2300 installed and custom tune neither upgraded injectors. For 8k installed. 550rwhp on 8psi from
A stock engine

Is this everything you hoped it would be? I want one bad but it's as big an investment as I will ever make as a mod. Are you satisfied with 8psi or do you have any plans now that you've driven it to tweak 'er a point of two?

I absolutely love it. IMMEDIATELY tq unlike centrifugal. 8psi is more than enough. Now I am building the rest of the car around it. Because at550-600hp. If you can actually make it useable power and transfer it to the ground. You can run with cars over 700. Now I'm doing an anti wheel hop kit. And just a few other things to assure the health of the car. I like to "overbuild" not wait for things to go wrong
