mind games thing was probably pretty effective too, though me being me (ex-marine), probably just would have gone off on the guy. Fortunately my dealership was pretty awesome all around, so no regrets there!

Because if my payment from PenFed is not made by the 12th, I'm locked into the 2nd loan until I reapply with PenFed for a loan payoff/re-fi or whatever its called when they pay it off then you have the loan with them

Im confused what was the point of taking his picture... I mean who really cares after reading the story I was hoping for a better punch line :(...

One things for sure don't ever take your car there for service.

not saying either was right or wrong, but i probably would have knocked the phone out his hands. and thats probably why i don't work in anything customer service oriented.

Yeah, I've now read the entire story three times. I get that the guy was a prick. But both of you are at fault for not making sure the paper work was 100%. Ok, maybe he was 60% responsible and you 40%. But again. I don't get why you took his picture....

Did he have booger on his stache or something?

Honestly if that guy treated me like that in front of my wife it would have gone down different. I would have asked my wife to step outside then closed the door in his office locked it and told him off like no other.

LOL, sometimes I wish I was that type of person, but Im not, I have too much respect for people and it really takes alot or a certain thing to push me over the edge
