Are the spacers needed on the strut bar to clear the holley mid rise? That is the mid rise correct. I have the high rise and was thinking about installing the zl1 strut bar but I am not sure about clearance issues.

ZL1 brace would actually clear mid rise without spacer (I do have aftermarket motor mounts) I believe it would clear high rise looking at the gap but not sure... I will switch to the hi rise base when I get the cam done hope it all works without further modification

Are these higher or shorter?

So anyone know if the Holley mid rise fit under the cowl as-is?

The spacers are necessary to get the brace to fit the 2010's because the early models strut towers were not dimpled to accept the factory brace.
