Certificate of Authinticity (COA) Update
Although I have received my COA for my Z/28, it bothered me that everyone here has not. After seeing several members getting nowhere with the Chevrolet Information Center regarding receiving the COA for their Z/28s, I called them and made progress. I need someone to follow these steps and tell me if it works for you. You will need to be the original (first) owner of the Z/28.
1. Call 1-800-222-1020 2. Press #4 for Owner Center 3. Tell representative you own a Z/28, but haven't received your COA. Provide them with the vehicle identification number (VIN) so they can contact the Product Research Team (PRT). From here, they should put you on hold and contact the PRT. The PRT should now come on the line take your information. 4. If you have any issues, use the following reference number (it is from my call to them) to clear up any confusion. 8-2058780505. I hope this helps. Please provide feedback. Michael |

I have been in contact with the Chevrolet Information Center and they have been helpful and VERY prompt in responding to my questions. They contacted me yesterday and said that they along with sales manager from the dealership that I purchased the car from are still working on providing me with a COA, but to please be patient.
Thanks everyone for the help!! |
