It does absolutely nothing for a V6 engine despite the claims it's one of those snake oil chips that promise gains but don't actually do anything.

Have you had one or someone you know or seen an hard data? My butt dyno says definitely more pull from 2500 to 6500 rpms, and 2 mpg increase on the dashboard computer,that's a fact. 21 to 22.9 mpgs.

I read an article the other day that these things advance the timing, which can be good for power and MPG, however, could b e bad for the engine if advanced to far.

Also reset the afr to optimal 14.7 to one. Basically does similar things that you pay a remote tuner 500.00 for, just not as specific to your setup. Also the stage two is setup for cars that have at least a cai system and performance exhaust/or mufflers. If you don't have at least those level of mods, you need stage one modual. These are NOT the 'fake' chips exposed by performance myth busters on YouTube and elsewhere. Got mine for 215 new off amazon. Beats 500-600 for basically the same thing from remote or canned tunes. Remote tuners can be more specific tuning where as a jet modular as kinda of a 'general' tune.
