Couldn't afford a car of this level until now, lol It's not my daily driver Got my SS when I was 39, that was my DD, then my ZL1 when I was 44 for track and weekends, and finally the Z28 at 45 years old! Track and weekends only! |

I actually took delivery on my 47th birthday. and I did what seems to be a reoccurring theme. I traded in my Boss 302. BTW my wife thinks I am going on 12, maybe 13 on a good day. my 14 year old son is more mature than I will ever be.. |

Quite the spread, glad to know these cars are not just gathering dust in the garage of every baby boomer looking to relive the 70's. Given how much people complained about the hefty MSRP. - Sincerely from a Gen Y'er.
It goes to show the lore that which the first and second gens created, along with the IrocZ28 and the 4th gens. My father had 2 second gens, one being a 81 Z28, and I remember the Iroc's and 4th gens growing up. They were awesome cars with generational heritage, I am glad to be part of the next chapter.

32, This is my first Z/28 but my first real car was a 2002 SS that I kick myself everyday for trading off for a GTO in 2005.
