Where is the outside temp gauge located?

I've been getting some crazy temp readings on my radio from -40 to 120 to nothing at all. Trying to figure out where its located to check it.

Its behind the grill on the passenger side between the headlight and heat exchanger. Its attached to a plastic deflector.

The temp gauge is on the HUD and on the radio display. But if you meant the sensor, I believe it's between the radiator and grill

Mine was stuck on 46°, which was the temp when I turned my car off the last time. It was clearly almost 60° when I started it back up...I hate the entire "Infotainment" system. It sucks severely.

I wish we could upgrade our infotainment systems like a normal computer. My daughter just bought a new Honda Civic Touring and that infotainment system is bad ass compared to ours. Need to upgrade processor, RAM and whatever else to make it as bad ass as the car is!!! Come on Chevy, get your act together.

the update rate on the thermometer is very slow. It seems it will not update until you drive for at least 5 minutes. My 2015 truck is the same way and must be something in the programming of these climate control units.

The dealership told me its speed dependent... Air flow rate I suppose? Were they suggesting I drive faster? Hmmm...

Thanks! I assume there isn't a way to get to it without the bumper coming off?

Are you sure? The dealership seemed to mine quickly and I know they didn't remove the front cap...

Possibly from underneath but you'd have to have a very long and skinny arm.
