btw i have been using the bo tb since i got the car. i sow a huge difference in the throttle response when i got it. using the 87 oct force you ect cutting some spark advance even at low speed. using a better fuel and performing a fuse pool should reset you parameters and you can enjoy you tb mouch more

Your old TB is filthy! Mine at 13k was pristine!
I could tell a HUGE difference when I installed my PTB, but I also run premium fuel and a CAI.

Your throttle body looks dirty. Took mine off at approx. 46.5k miles and it was very clean. Had a slight film over the blade and that's it. Replaced it with the Bo White throttle body and haven't checked it yet. Was going to wait until I hit 10k miles on it then check it.

OP, this is from the owners manual about the octane to use.
If the vehicle has an L99 or LS3 V8 engine, use premium unleaded gasoline meeting ASTM specification D4814 with a posted octane rating of 91 or higher. Regular unleaded gasoline rated at 87 octane or higher can be used, but acceleration and fuel economy will be reduced, and an audible knocking noise may be heard. If this occurs, use a gasoline rated at 91 octane or higher as soon as possible. Otherwise, the engine could be damaged. If heavy knocking is heard when using gasoline with a 91 octane rating or higher, the engine needs service.
