I got the front plate on Amazon I believe..
It took me awhile to find one that was brushed aluminium that was actually raised and not just painted.
Being in the Corps was the best job I ever had! (1977-1986)

Got the car tuned today. Compared to my baseline dyno runs, I picked up 45hp with a full Kooks exhaust and a tune. Now at 425rwhp.

Scrubbed the engine compartment. Still looks good after almost 7 years & 42,000+ miles.
Simple green, a soft paint brush and a cotton towel dry and done in 20 minutes.

Took mine in for an oil change. Since I first picked it up back on Oct. 16, 2009, it now has 120,945 miles and still runs like a champ!

I got my SS about the same time as you (8/21/09) but you've got 3 times the mileage.
