Fabric paint pen from Walmart. Got the idea from somewhere on camaro5. Guy with YouTube video here is overhaulengines.

Bought her a Nightowl halo kit, then a ZL1 bumper w splitter, and side skirts from Garys Customs. Figured since the bumper has to come off, might as well knock it out all at once.
