Having milled the heads you know the distance / geometry has slightly changed and if you have a aggressive cam you could go PTV interference requiring fly cutting, but most likely not with just a little longer pushrod, and a mild clean up clean the deck.... if your not a real aggressive cam, keeping safe PTV is crucial and a good reason to ditch springs every 25k to keep the springs with good strength. If your just gaining part of a point of compression your tune should be good, only adjusting the knock retard slightly is what would IMO be done. Good Luck.
