Nope. It fell through. I am waiting on one last email but it sounds like a no go.

I can take the hate/heat.

Kinda bummed but at the same time relieved. I was looking at all the stuff I would have needed to replace/remove/re-buy and the things I would want to do while I was in there doing the install and the dollar signs kept growing.
