How are you venting your crank case? Im assuming imporperly vented crank case holds pressure and could push oil?

Does this sound feasable?

It ended up being the engine oil cooler I think. Changed it out flushed. Drove 100 miles still a little bit oil oil coming up but could be just oil still caked up in the system.

If there is oil in the coolant there is coolant in the oil. If there is milky foam on the dipstick it's a head gasket everytime. I would be cautious about the diagnosis and observe the oil closely for signs of contamination.

There is zero water in the oil. That's why this is such a hard diagnosis.

Double update. So I pulled the radiator cap off again today and tons of oil in it. So I got smart (finally) removed both turbo coolant hoses and linked them together. Started the car let run for 5 minutes revel up a bit. Black oil started pouring out of the coolant ports on the turbo. Bam problem solved. Turbonetics better give me a new turbo.

Is it a Journal Bearing or Ball bearing Turbo? If it's Journal Bearing what restrictor were you running on oil feed line?

I would think this is a failed engine oil cooler

I don't believe there is any way for oil to get to the coolant passages in the turbo.

^^^ if he has the coolant lines removed from the turbo while its running and oil is coming out where the coolant lines are supposed to be hooked up, how do you think its still the engine oil cooler and not the turbo?
