I thought them pumping your has was for your safety. Or at least that's what I read they argued a few years ago. Pretty stupid if you ask me

I used the hanger for the first time today. Didn't realize it was there until this thread. RTFM, I guess.

I used to hang it on the door and most of the times it did not stay. I finally decided to take it off the tether and I now hold it as I am filling up.

Wonder why no ones come up with a third party solution that makes it like the 6th gen "gas cap" ???
