I'm bought the car used so I'm gonna check it today, thanks.

If the fuse is good, there are a few vacuum lines that you can check from under the car in the back. Each actuator should have a quick disconnect vacuum line attached to it and they run to the right rear area (passenger). If all of those are connected, there is a vacuum port on the rear of the intake manifold that supplies the NPP system.

My other thought is the car should be under warranty....Let the dealer look at it.

There was no issue beyond my lack of understanding about the system.

The mild2wild switch will only allow always open or factory control, which is like pulling the fuse and putting it back in. No "stealth mode", flaps always closed option

You can get the Forza 3 way wireless controller, which is plug and play but expensive. It does open, closed, and normal operation.

Or, for like $20, you can wire your own 3 way switch in that does the same thing. I have the 3 way switch wired in and it's great to be able to go into "stealth mode" when needed (look at post 9 here http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...t=stealth+mode)
That isn't correct for the Z/28. By that logic it is only closed for 500rpms which makes it rather useless. It is more like was posted about the corvette. I have been on the highway plenty of times at about 3k and it is quiet then when I really get on it, it opens up and gets much louder.

Ok, like I mentioned I have no clue how the Z28 system works. It makes sense it would be more like the Corvette, since it has an LS7 in it

And I can't find confirmation, but I think it's 3,000 rpm when it opens up, my original post was wrong
