how much hp will 4 lbs add?

i plan to add 3.5-4.5 lbs of boost in the next week or so, wondering about how much hp that will add?

Depends on the power adder, and where you are with it, and capacity of the whole system.

Could be anywhere from 10-45hp per PSI.

My Twin 62mm stock ls3 gained 35rwhp per pound from 4-11psi

It says zl1 by his username. Im assuming he's talking about a pulley on a stock zl1... but who knows

True, but same answer applies.

Going from 8 to 12 won't have same power increase as 12 to 16. Intercooler, blower capcaity, etc start running out.

Which is why I said there is no straight forward answer. Would get a much better answer if he laid out his combo and said he is going from 8 to 12psi or whatever with these mods, how much power should I gain.

sorry forgot to mention im stock other than full exhaust and CAI i will be doing the 2.5 upper pulley for my zl1

Good piggy back thread here. Going from 6-8psi on Lsx 376. 9:1 compression. Tvs3300. Btr3 PD. I'm at 603/547 now. (Adm FPCM id850)

Any guesses?
