Is a 6th gen SS faster than my 2014 ZL1?
I googled the question on how fast a 2016 SS goes and all I see is they do. 12.3 in the quarter and the 2014 ZL1 m6 goes 11.9. Yet my friend who just bought a 2016 SS m6 says his will go 11.9 according what he has read from where I don't know. Who's right?

They may be faster out of the whole, but I don't think they can hang with the ZL1

As stated in another thread, it clearly appears to be a driver's race. They are that equal.

The SS will run a 12.3-12.5 all day any day.
The ZL1 in good air will run 11.7-12.3 in good cooler air. On a hot day the SS may very well run quicker me the ZL1 can heat soak pretty bad. With this all said the ZL1 is very easy to make way faster as its already supercharged. |

Go fast, please.

ZL1 is going to be a little quicker and easier to mod for more power (due to being supercharged). So the answer to your question is no, the 6th gen SS is not faster than the ZL1 but it is close.
