Thanks for the advice buddy. My dad's an old tool and die guy, quality air tools are no issue at his house. I talked to him tonight, he's got everything I'll need, well, everything except the courage to drill the first hole. I took second place this weekend at Superfest in the modified class. Looking to move toward first next year, so need to make a few more subtle upgrades and the hood vent on a 1LE seems like a no brainier. I may later swap the vent itself for a carbon fiber Z28 one to match my CF bow ties and pieces.

Took it on a road trip (3.5 hours each way) to watch the IMSA 6 hour endurance race at Watkins Glen. Car was flawless as usual

Took the wife and the mistress on a Sunday drive down towards the beach. We took PCH then over to 25th street and took that along the coast. We ended up in Redondo Beach. Stopped had lunch at Sizzler where I took the picture. Yes I always try and park in the back away from other cars.

Then started the trip home hit 10,000 miles while on the freeway.

Took the Camaro off the fenders and added the 1Le emblem. Put the ZL1 rockers on 2 weeks ago.

Got up early & washed it before my first cup of coffee to beat the heat. Now it's sitting in the garage waiting to be detailed inside & out.

Updated: finished detailing it inside & out; now it's time to get cleaned up and start enjoying the day... hope everyone has a great 4th

Stopped in at Zoro Hamilton and had the resonator removed. Wow what a difference now combined with Borla Atak.
