Maybe not knowing would be easier; Having the car sitting just 12.6 miles from the dealership is killing me! Dealer told me he expected it to arrive today and that if all of the stars align I could pick it up this evening...... realistically I would be happy with Monday but today would be nice.

My car arrived in Battle Creek MI on 9-10.
Now when I call the CSX # it now tells me "load was bad ordered arrived Battle Creek MI 9-11 8: am no ETA available"

.
I have been told by someone that Bad Order is the code for the train is broke. No eta because they do not have the problem diagnosed or repaired. All I can do is keep checking to see when it is released and moving again.

Has anybody gotten delivery with stripes yet? I was stuck in stripe hell for 10 days, and now I am stuck on a broken train.

I hope to this week. The train mine was on showed up late Friday. I have not been able to sleep all weekend!

I remember when I was 17 and the dealer called me to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. I had to wait for my dad to get home from work. That was the worst wait of my life. It was a 1980 Z-28. Got to drive it off the showroom floor myself. Awesome. Now waiting for my 2010 is my 2nd.

If you got your VIN on friday and entered it into the camarotracking.com database, you should get an update moday morning. The database is updated once a day, no updates on the weekend (the plant is closed), and is a day behind. So monday morning's update is for status changes from the previous friday, etc. Just a warning, if you are getting rally stripes, they are all getting put on at the factory now. Mine has been sitting around for 2 weeks now with no updates because of the stripes. So, if you're getting stripes, be prepared for a bit of a wait!
