I dunno, maybe its just me but, while it looks "ok", it seems, at least to me that they made it "normal" size but left it out in the sun too long and it sorta melted and drooped around the edges. Similar to the old Saab 900's.

I want to see the 1LE. As of right now, the current model does nothing for me.

Instead of going to a retro inspired 2nd gen F-body design theme, which would've been another smash hit like the 1st gen inspired 5th gen was, GM went to Ford and borrowed from the early Maverick for the 6th gen. So, for the new 6th gen, we get a warmed over 5th gen with Ford Maverick styling details.

Do you not see any similarities between the rear side window shape and overall dashboard design? The rear side window has pretty much the same shape except it's more squished down on the 6th gen. Even the dashboard is kind of similar with those rounded ends in the corners. ![]() |

I still can't see it as a Camaro. It's cool looking, but the name hasn't stuck yet.

I personally can't see getting rid of my 5th gen for a 6th gen for multiple reasons.
1. its paid off 2. Hyber blue is nice but ABM is so much nicer 3. Got way to much into my 5th to get any kind of reasonable return Now on the other hand, maybe adding a 6th gen down the road might be an option

One thing that's almost constant throughout history is that people are resistant to change and the version of something they own is always better than the "new-fangled" one.

Man, the 2017 ZL1 is really growing on me.... I'm glad they're getting rid of that cheesy 2016 spoiler.

Sorry, but they only got it RIGHT with the 2010-2011 cars. They should have stayed with the retro styling from the 69 SS! After-all, that is what put the new Camaro back on the map.
I have also reduced the total weight of the car by over 150 lbs. using 19 inch BBS wheels, a Ride Tech Level Two coil over suspension, a resonator delete, & a Custom center exit exhaust that also eliminates the factory mufflers! My 2010 2SS/RS will still be in my garage when my heart stops! That is just my opinion though & you know what they say about opinions. They are like A$$ H---S . Every one has one. ![]() All The Best, Orange 2010 Camaro |
