Did not do anything to her today but drive her on an errand and teach a new 5.0 what a Camaro can do ........When are these guys not going to believe everything they read in the sales brochures?

Thanks Dave. I'm going with your first idea with the '69 RS logo. The tailpan logo should be 3 to 4 inches wide so that should look great.

You also may want to contact Roger at emblempros.com. He's a forum member & he might be able to do a larger, one off, version. Not sure if he/they can, but I've got all my emblems through him & they are excellent quality & have great customer support.

Thanks Welker. The original '69 "RS" tailpan emblem was pretty good size, about 3-4 inches wide, so an exact replica should do the trick.

Went to dinner with a girl I met at a car show. She drives a yellow 1LT with sunroof, no spoiler.

Installed plug wire heat sleeves today, to protect them from header heat. Don't like the look a whole lot, but I wasn't going to pay $100+ for wires w/ sleeves attached.

Started this particular project:

Got the grills (grilles?) swapped, and the air ducts installed. Front gets buttoned up early tomorrow morning (today's late start and laziness didn't help), and I'll start the actual brake replacement.

Bigworm has gloss black and flat black. I am going to get hood spears to match the back panel... I am thinking gloss looks like a deeper black, what do you guys think?
