Stage 1 cam
Looking for a stage 1 cam, drop in... keep the stock valve train. Any recommendations? Will be paired with cai and headers... street use only.

If you want a mild-enough cam for the stock valve train, I would just look else where for HP. Not worth the low HP gain for labor and $ spent.

IMHO, you should talk to Kip at Cam Motions and get him to spec a cam and springs to meet your needs . The proper springs are a must. There are cams that are not to hard on the valve train that make good power .
