I agree with almost all you said except for the eminem mention. I;m sorry but all these rappers/hip hop artists believe they are better than they are, while all there music is regurgitated beats and vulgar stupid childish lyrics. Taylor swift at least writes here own music and plays her own instruments. The whole gangsta culture has been the downfall of not only the youth but america itself. Allowing demagoguery, idol worship, money worship, materialism, lust and womanizing along with the blatant drug use. I hope one they these artists there music and culture dies a quick death(metaphorically speaking). Some people disagree with me but I always put this question to them, what positives has it added to society? It is then that silence falls and no one can answer

Music is music..and Kanye does way more producing for others across all genres than he does himself...not trying to defend him for his actions..but he is very talented..and regardless of what we think...his pockets are fat and are gong to keep getting fatter...while we keep on posting...lmao...sometimes hater are motivators and he thrives off of negative reactions to his antics...he's not that stupid...think about it

Eminem is an extremely talented artist; you may not personally like his music but he is very good at what he does. Listen to Renegade and say there's no substance there, probably my favourite Eminem song.

By the way, Eminem also writes his own lyrics and makes a lot of his own beats.

it's obvious that you dont understand his music. I didn't like rap either, but eminem is extremely talented. Just remember, there is such a thing as freedom of speech and expression.
But also remember this, not all artists necessarily believe in what they say in their music.

Your right 100% but it's not that i dont think what he does is talent nor do i not understand his music. My opinion is that the majority of it is vile and reprehensible. For me it doesn't lift people out of the situation that they have supposedly gone through, it keeps them there. I dislike that and I believe my freedom of speech allows me that dislike.
