Car looks great, love the 21s, not really a fan of the sensors but i think CGM hides it a little more then i expected. Good Stuff, just can wait til you get the front plate fixed. The great thing about that plate is that its skinny. would just take the old bracket off and bend the plate to the shape of the bumper and mount it on.
The old pr-pro cars with those plates on lookedpretty good.

Here are some answers to your assumptions:

The car is not available oficially in Austria/Europe. It is imported from the US.

The parking sensors are aftermarket sensors - front sensors and rear sensors.

The reason why I did install them was already mentioned here. They are very helpful if you paralell-park. You have to do this very often here in Austria.

They are not required in Austria.

Big Austrian front license plates are a problem. On my car the bracket for US-license plates was already mounted (will holes in the bumper). Preliminary I decided to put my license plate on this bracket, allthough it doesnt fit (you can see this in the pictures). But that will not be the final solution.

Here is a pic of the back of the car.

what brand are the after market sensors do you have? did you install them or get some one else to do it? and if you did, how hard was it?

they look really good for aftermarket, and im guessing you got them done when you got the conversion?

I for one would hate to have to parallel park every day, and if that was the case and a lot of vehicles had front and back sensors, I wouldn't worry as much about my car getting dinged...

I apologize for some of our rude members. Some have never driven outside of the United States of America...and I dont think they take to much away from the car at all

I would do it the way you suggest. But there is one problem: In Austria you can register 3 cars and pay taxes only for the most expensive of the three. I have only one set of licence plates (front and rear plate) for 3 cars (see my garage), but I can save about 2600 euros (3800 dollars) per year. It is important that the plates fit on each car and mounting and dismounting can be done easily. My three cars have very different front- and rear-ends with different bendings...

You are right, I got them done with the conversion. I don't know the brand, but I will look it up...

Car is meant to be driven, not parked.

Loose the zits.

I understand not putting the sensors at the bottom of the front fascia because it would be harder to "sense" trucks and SUV's but I think it would be much better if they were built into the grill. I'm sure there is some reason why they don't because I think we can all agree they don't make the car look better.
