Window trim lifting

Has anyone had issues with their window trim being pulled up by the window. Ever since I bought it a few months ago. I will come out to the trim being lifted off the door about every other week.

It won't snap down. Tried glueing with with 3m weather strip adhesive and it let go within 2 days. I'm thinking I have to replace it.

Has anyone ever replaced one of these themselves? How is it done ?

Thanks in advance !

This was today before I pushed it down. Some days it will lift higher.

Did you get a solution to this?

Mine does exactly the same, pain in the butt?

I bought a new piece of trim and it fixed it perfect. There is small clip in the end there I was told it breaks if it lifts once really. I guess someone pulled on it at some point. Replaced the trim piece and good ever since.

Repair kinda sucks, had to remove door card and mirror to replace the piece. Not super hard though.

You do not have to remove the interior trim. I replaced both of mine.

Did you try lifting it up and applying some RTV sealant first, to hold it in place?

I just followed the guide in the service books.

Tried rtv and 3m weatherstrip adhesive. Lasted a few days at most usually.
