"The customer is always right" isn't a golden rule. It was simply a tagline from the 1900's from a business that simply caught on. Think "Just Do It."

The customer is NOT always right.

Drove mine this morning to pick up breakfast. Sitting at a stoplight a young blond in a 350z pulled up next to me and honked her horn. She said my car was really badass... Kind of took me by surprise.

Went for a haircut, cruised some country roads with the top down. It was awesome, very cool (70s) and almost no humidity which is opposite of what it has been lately.

Oh well, it was only about $60 and they did a great job.

So after the 25mm spacers, Hotchkis front and rear sway bars, Hotchkis end links all around, Chassis Max Brace, BMR reinforced brackets and Hotchkis springs, I'll do the timing and then get the alignment.

Thanks for the diagram. That looks less intimidating than I had imagined.

Scroll down for timing the bushings. Scroll further for torque specs.

The customer is NOT always right.
It stuck around because it reminds businesses that even when the customer is wrong, they are still right. They are right because the customer has the money that the business needs to prosper. It's the business's job to educate the customer in a way that doesn't alienate said customer and money.

Interesting thing in recent years, due to the advent of the interwebs, is that many customers know far more about the product they seek, than the sales people tasked with selling the product! This process removes almost all power and control of a sales situation from the sales person. They become merely cashiers. Almost everybody researches a product before making the purchase decision these days, while product knowledge amoungst sales people is a lost art.
