The noise comes from the front driver side. It only makes the noise under heavy load cornering. It doesn't matter if I am accelerating or just coasting or braking the noise is loud and constant once I'm out of the turn the noise stops. The faster and tighter the turn the faster and louder the tap tap tap tap.

When I back out of my garage in the morning, I have a small turn around spot I back into. I have to turn the wheel to the right as I stop backing up. I hear a light tick-tick-tick lately and it too sounds like it's coming from the left front wheel area. But here in FL, not good turns to go around to hear if it happens going forwards.

I'll have to keep up on this thread to see what you find.

Another 2015 5th Gen owner had a hard to diagnose clicking and a clunk. Turned out one of the rear axle nuts had come loose. Very rare. Can you get an audio clip posted?

I will post a clip by Friday my microphone arrives Thursday. I also have the notorious rear end howl especially in the morning till the rear diff fluid warms up. I went to a empty parking lot yesterday and did several loops to the left at about 10 mph then several to the right then the noise stopped. I will post clips of the howling as well. I still love this car I daily drive it and canyon run at least once a week. I probably put about 1200 miles per month.cant wait to get these little bugs worked out.

What tires were you using before when you had the noise? Additionally, did you or someone else inspect them after they were removed and if so what if anything was found?

I was using factory Goodyear's I didn't inspect them after. I was sure it was something in the suspension or the plastic fender well. It must have been the tires though because it's definitely gone now. I did have 16000 miles on the original tires though they were done!! I went with the same tires again they treated me right the first time so no reason to switch. I daily drive my car rain or shine I do live in beautiful Cali so it's never to cold.

Totally off subject, but what model did you get and are you pleased with it?
