Z28 is built for road course and its GTRs territory on track. An AMG isn't even close maybe with the AMG GT. nice try

I meant acceleration wise idiot. Also just having a Z28 rubber intake doesn't give you car status to meddle with the C63.

Don't act like a 12yo please..And please don't compare a "grocery getter" to a propose built track car. That's just stupid.. All that aero and down force, of course it gona hurt straight line little bit. Talk about car status pff.. I don't think anyone buys the C63 are after their performance. For the money, lots cars can eat that turd for breakfast. I aint that stupid to buy a C63. So please, let the fact talk. Don't just pull shit out of your BUTT my friend.

You continue to pull up dyno sheets... Thats racing on paper man.

Not only is every dyno is different even with several types of dynos (dynojet vs. mustang), it is also in a different environment (temperature, humidity, etc) the number doesn't mean anything other than the difference from the baseline tune. It is just a tool to calibrate how well the car is dialed in.

Go to a track and get smoked by a c63 amg or even a simple coyote mustang with a stall and then bring your dyno sheet out and tell them how you were suppose to win because you saw online that you make more power with a CAI and LT's.

What's your current set up anyways/purpose for the car?

I do not have any dyno sheets or track times to add to the discussion but I did get the chance to actually drive a 2014 C63.

Before I traded in my 2014 2SS (w/CAI, Solo Performance catback, and tune) in for my '15 ZL1 - I actually test drove a new 2014 C63 sedan. The dealer was right next to an Interstate and I was really able to open it up, in fact the salesman encouraged me to. Now, to me, the C63 seemed much faster than my '14 SS - very fast acceleration and smooth. Those cars are fast would surprise a lot of SS owners.

I didn't even bring up the dyno number to begin with. Of course there are difference when comes to altitude and temp. That dyno sheet just to prove a fact that 451 cranks make 360ish wheel. My friend had an 09 C63 thats why i know roughly how much they make when i said 400hp and change. Mine only have a CAI right now, but will have cam and LT down the road when i finish school. Will be set up for road course.

In which part of our conversation did I bring up my car?? You have to compare a moded SS to a stock SS to satisfy your ego? There are something wrong with you bud..get that checked

Oh you want a good joke? Maybe get the 3rd pedal for your next mod LMAO. Just kidding LOL, I'm not that much of an asshole like you.

No doubt they are fast cars. But a nicely tuned bolt-on L99 will give it a good go.

Study these words above. A dyno is a tuning tool. ONLY! 451 crank to 360 at the wheels is a 20% drive train loss. It's not 1955 anymore. No modern performance car loses that much power thru the drive train! I used to own a modded L99. (Headers, cat and muffler delete, CAI and a 93 Octane tune). In mine shaft cold Atco air. I ran a 12.66 on the stock tires with a 1.89 sixty foot. In that same mineshaft air. The Benz will run high 11s low 12s. The L99 is going to need a stall on top of the usual mods to keep up with a AMG.

Of course i know dyno is a tuning tool. Been on FSAE team for years, have a in house engine dyno at school. But a baseline pull gives you how much power on wheel from factory, thats just for the sack of getting that number for comparison when added mods. As you can see from their pull, it made 363. From what you said it might from 1955...

Yeah..Maybe, for me peak HP/torque are just for ego. A smooth and flat torque curve is most important.
