Yeah I admire any car that is tastefully modded. Big donk wheels, lamb doors, fake stickers, basically all the ricer crap doesn't fly by me. One of my good friends had a clean ass Royal Blue V6 Camaro that was running a NX 100 shot. He was lowered with matte finish SS wheels, dark tint all around and had the lenses tinted too. Very sharp looking car. He told me that he loved my car and he was a little jelly of mine being the SS, but was happy with his as it was all he could afford at the time. Good guy for sure and I always enjoyed cruising around with him.

Hands down, the 3.6L will wear out faster than an LS3. I am in the GM trenches all day fixing GM vehicles. The 3.6L is the worst engine GM has made in a very long time. I don't complain, my wallet is stacked because of them. The only other engine that stacks up to the poor reliability of the 3.6L is the V8's with AFM but by a slim margin. I would seriously get a 4cyl before any version of the 3.6L.

Apparently your sarcasm radar isn't working . He wrote this to mock the other two troll posts about why didn't I buy a V8 .

Just imagine if this v6 vs v8 vs T4 time was actually spent on something that would benefit mankind instead of amplifying our inability to find contentment.

So there is a V6 vs T4 argument doing on over at C6? That should be FUN LOL.

I have been daily driving mine since I got her from the dealership and I am pushing more power through my stock block than any stock or bolt on LS3 and she is running strong.

The greatest margin of failures I have repaired are timing chain and head related. A few have thrown rods through the block and a few have just sludged up to the point of total meltdown. Good luck, I hope you have one of the few that seem to stay together.

Maybe so, but more 2010-11 V8's are prone to die due to oil pump failure.. Hope you've replaced yours..

Why didn't I get a V6, you say? It gets better gas mileage? Well I just like the the power the engine makes from the lower RPMs and love the sound of the V8. Sure, the extra ~4 MPG would be great and all but who cares.

Yea, I think that a Camaro is a Camaro even if it ever gets an electric engine instead of gas. However, I feel the need to justify my purchase to strangers such as yourself (people reading this forum).
It's more than 4, really?

Yep, more like 7-10mpg. Plus, the V8 has to use Premium gas so the fuel bill gets even steeper.
