Cooling fan issue

ok so i have the ipf kit with there tune for now and ive just noticed that my low cooling fan will not come on and that it will only come on high when the ac is on .. it used to always be at 205 never got any higher and now its hitting 230.. i have read everywhere that the pcm controls the fan so i have checked all the fuses and relays all that is good any thoughts?

ok problem solved .. 2 things first had too much refrigerant had to empty and then refill to correct amount and second thing the fan will not kick on if the hood is open must be a safety feature.. was driving me nuts .. fan would not start at all then if i put the ac on it would work as normal even after i turned the ac off the fan would work just as it should..
