Mine are the 4.5/28R17 Radials that M and H makes. I have to stick with a DOT tire for some of the classes I race in so I went with radials on all 4 corners.

At 35psi they bulge a little under the weight of the car and kind of look low on air. At 45+ they look a little better.

When they wear out I might try the Mickey's in 28" or a motorcycle tube in the M and H's and see if that helps.

I was deciding between the radials you have and Mickey's and I chose the Mickey's 28". Curious to see how they are.

Looks great!
I'm wondering with 17" RTS in the back with M&H in back if going to be a PITA with Codes running 17" in front. Haven't bought fronts yet.

Dave I have not made any passes this year yet, I missed the spring cool weather was just busy. So my 10.90 from last year is my current best. But I plan to lower that.

Regarding the MH fronts. I have the Bias DOTs, they have the same stripey line grooves. I have DD'd on mine for couple thousand miles. Next I will get M/T SR radial, because these do not drive as well as I would like. Follows ruts in the road, and does not feel as safe in rain. I find that I drive slower with them on the highway, became a right lane guy. hehe.

Update:

Took 4 tenths of my 1/4 mile ET and is cutting consistent 1.44 60 foots.

Ran a personal best of 10.689 @ 128.5 in 8,000 DA!

Went 4 rounds last night, first time racing the new setup.

Car has a vibration on the big end, hoping the wheels and tires need to be balanced.

Car is also pulling hard right under power at speed. Maybe rear tire roll out? The alignment is perfect so dont think its that.
