Hey guys, how are you doing? Good? Okay, are you ready for a build thread?
Yes sir, I will be modding my car. Was inspired by some cool build threads here. I will document it all. Will be posting pictures, maybe even videos. We will go on this modding journey together.

I will hold your hand throughout the whole process. (No homo)

First off, I'd like to thank this site for being alive and well. Even though the 5th gen has been out for a while. The support for it is on "fleek". Will surely be a classic. Mine will probably be worth more after I'm done with it. I'm making it vintage with these mods.

Will keep updating this post so keep an eye out. Okay, enough of the chit chat. Let's get rooooight into the build. (Keemstar reference for anyone wondering)

Current Modifications:

Exterior Modifications:

- 2 USA Flag Stickers (Under Camaro emblem)

[This mod wasn't as easy as it seems. I had to call every store near me in order to get various quotes. I needed a good deal on my stickers. They needed to be the right size. I consulted my friend who knew all about stickers. He told me exactly where to get them. He even helped me stick them on. Real stand up guy.]

- 1 Soul Eater sticker (Passenger rear quarter glass)

[ I love Anime, I am an Otaku. I needed people to know. Girls especially. So I decided to stick it on. A Soul Eater Sticker. It is one of my fav animations so why not? I feel like it attracts more girls. I have spotted a few grills checking me out. Could be just my good looks. ]

That's it for the mods guys. At least for now. Will keep you updated. Another sticker is inbound. May upload some videos. Can't wait. wow, I have the mod bug. It's totally consumed me, and I accept it.

I am waiting in anticipation for the how-to video on sticker application. This is gonna be one sweet ride when its done.

One question though - how many Hp has those stickers added and can you feel it when dragging off the line? I bet your neck hurts when you take off now.

The flag sticker in the pic is a bit off center and one side higher than the other. Also, the smiley face sticker is warped and crooked and looks like it has a few bubbles. Not a good start. Probably what the grills were noticing.

If this is your idea of modding, simply go to a graphics shop. Ask to see their sample catalogue and buy one of each. It'll keep you busy for a while. Best of luck.

Um what the Hell is Fleek ?

So how much HP did you add with the sticker mods ? Does it add more HP because you stuck the Flag stickers to the painted surface of your car vs the Glass ? Are they Vinyl Stickers ? Aren't you worried about the Flag stickers fading over time and looking like crap ? Oh and if they Fade will you loose HP ? You are a really brave soul . Are you sure you can handle the added power your SS is going to see from these mods ?
