Is it possible that was a flood car? Can you look up into the dash and see anything else metal that might be rusted? Or if anything that was the only screws someone could find when installing that thing.

Camaros are expensive in iraq ... i got mine for 15000 bucks .. keep in mind that's a very good deal here in iraq .. and for people wondering about the rusted screws .. yes only the screws are rusted (don't know why ) fortunately

No it's not a flood car the damage was only hail and was fixed back to normal without any traces of hail
