Question

Just got my new Camaro not too long ago and love it but definitely was looking for a 2013 because just prefer the older models. Sadly there wasn't a V8 with the kinda color and a few other things on it so went for a V6 with the Rs package but obviously want to get it close to a V8 so my question is what things can i add from start to it to get more horsepower. There are many threads that will answer your question in more depth...add a cold air intake and a vitesse throttle controller..and let the fun begin.

Most people compromise on color to get the vehicle with all the engine they want...not usually the opposite way around. You'll spend more money trying to get that V6 to be what you expected a SS to be vs. buying the wrong color SS and getting it painted or wrapped. Hopefully you got from CarMax or somewhere that does a 30day return guarantee.

Not just the color but really couldn't find a V8 around here and if you did it was the new models. I just have a preference of the older ones and the V8 here were over prized with high mileage and not taken care of so no way im buying a car with high miles and beat up. Cars like these should be taken care of.

OK, Good. Now that you have a car, you can drive it to someplace with a nice V8 Camaro for sale.

I have heard you can give a stock SS a run for it's money with a twin turbo. This forum would be a good place to start...
