I have been trying to get my intercooler pump to work continues with no luck, this what I have tried :
- on/off method , 1 minute on then 30 seconds off for more than 1 hour .
- jump wired the pump .
I have D3 resirvoir, I drive the car pump works fine for couple of minutes then stops, I see IAT2 rise so I turn car off then on again IAT2 comes down & so on with no luck.

I'm no expert, but it sure is frothy, lot's of bubbles. I wonder if it's possible that you have a loose hose that's letting air in, but not necessarily leaking fluid out. Then you get the airlock on your pump and it stops. When I open my reservoir, I just see swirling fluid, no bubbles or froth.

You need to bleed all the air out of the system.

Thanks winterboy8, I am sure all hose clamps are tight .

This what I am trying to do with no luck, I couldn't find any workshop that has a vacuuming way to do it.
I don't have HE, just connected to the Chiller direct.

By chance did you squeeze the hoses to and from the intercooler?

I have the stock HX and a D3 reservoir. I was surprised at how much air I was able to express out of the system just by squeezing the intercooler hoses during the process. I ran the engine for a minute or two then turned it off and started squeezing the hoses. I managed to get some pretty good size bubbles out of the system. I repeated that probably 5 or 6 times.

It's hard to see what your setup is. It appears that the fluid is coming in on the right side of your reservoir. It looks to me like the hose to the left of the fill cap would then be sucking fluid. If that's the case, you have it set up wrong and are constantly sucking air into the system. The bottom hose needs to be going to the pump inlet and the top hose needs to be where the fluid enters the tank.

My setup is pump outlet to hx to s/c to top of reservoir and exit reservoir on bottom and back to pump inlet.

Fluid inters from top & exits from bottom to the pump .
