Leather Seat Warranty?

I just started noticing on the front passenger seat mostly that the leather on the side support areas has turned brown - almost looks like dirt, but I cannot get it to clean no matter what I try. It appears it's the leather itself that is discoloring for some reason. Drivers side looks to be doing the same but not as bad. Does anyone know if this is something they'd replace under warranty? I keep my car clean and wipe everything down on a regular basis, even use leather conditioner. The seats are the two tone grey with black backs, so you can for sure see the brown color.

Most likely they will consider it wear and tear. But it never hurts to go into the dealership in a humble manner and inquire about it. Remember you get more bees with honey than vinegar.

Thanks! My dealer is usually pretty nice about things and I don't usually go in ready for a fight
