It's a bot. It's posts the exact same thing in 3-4 threads. It has GIFs tied to it, but they don't seem to show up.

was the leak where the header to connection pipe goes or connection pipe to the exhaust tubing. I've been wanting to get the SE headers but was worried about the quality

Header to connecting tubes. The stock clamp is still used in the connector to exhaust pipe and it does a dam good job of sealing. Mine are still not leaking even the slightest after 2 small beads of red permatex and the lap clamps i linked from amazon. Its clean, dont think I have gobs of snot gooping out down there, you cant even see it.

Thanks for the info, I'll probably go the same route you did with new clamps and rtv.

Fishin: When you say rev with and without cutouts do you mean separate electric open pipes, or just the rear flaps?

My intention is to buy either the Texas speed headers with cat and catless or the Speed engineering headers and buy catted connectors from Texas speed so I have both but run with the NPP exhaust fuse pulled.

Any thoughts on this combo?

DB

Yes, i have electric cutouts right where the pipes angle into the h pipe. I pulled the fuse on my flaps the day I got home with my car so i couldnt even tell you what difference they make open vs closed. I will say that the cutouts are not even useable now though, it's absurd loud. The stock flals open with these headers and no cats is fine for me. I like it.

Speed engineering headerd

Can I use the front o2 sensors or do the my have to be the rear o2 sensors in the new headers? They do look different.

You re-locate the fronts to the further rear bungs in the new headers. Same for most if not all longtubes for our car thats why they all have the either included or optional o2 "extensions" but if you can solder just get some wire and shrink wrap and do it yourself like I did. You lose rear o2 sensors altogether unless you have someone weld in new bungs behind the connector pipes or even directly onto them. Im catless and my tuner tuned them out so no issues here but if you plan to use cats youll need to have that done. Im not positive but i think I read somewhere you could zip tie them up and away plugged in and wont throw any codes, theyre only there to detect if your cats are working they dont affect afr.

Thanks. Yea, we ended up zip tied them up. I had Dynosteve send me an updated tune too.

I have a 2014 Camaro SS. K and N cold air intake, ported throttle body, long tube headers, off road pipes, resonator delete, h-pipe and muffler delete with Pype Bomb axle back.

Here is the first cold start:

Here is my 2nd video.

I hope the video upload turns out good. If not, I will repost them from my computer vs phone.
