Updates with Maxx :)
Haven't posted on here for a while, but here are some updates with Maxx!
![]() Thanks to Erik @ Lashway Motorsports and the crew, I was able to finally do a cam swap! We went with a TSP 235/239 112 camshaft with all of the necessary upgrades and parts! We stayed until almost 4AM to make sure we got this done and it was worth every minute. Not only did I get to start up Maxx with a chop, but I learned so much from doing this install. Thank you Lashway! ![]() Currently it has a base tune until I install a new upgraded clutch in order to do a full dynotune on Lashway's mustang dyno. Very excited and anxious to see the power Maxx will put down on the rollers! While Maxx is sitting, I decided to clean up the engine bay a bit and paint my coil packs a light blue color and change my red Taylor plug wires for blue ones. I also wanted to get rid of the old, ugly valve covers so I put on a new set of black Holley valve covers I'll make 2 other replies in the build thread after this update to show some of the pictures I was able to take of the cam install and some pics under the hood ![]() Enjoy!
