So after about 3 weeks of no response from legato, I get an automated email asking my opinion and I Can get $20 if I leave feedback.. And $20 if I post a video .. And $20 if I refer a friend...
How about instead of giving me $60 .. You respond to my emails about your shitty craftsman ship... But at least now I know why so many good reviews.. People trying to recoup their losses. Like my dad always tells me, you get what you pay for.. And I guess I did.. A $250 muffler made in China. |

They welded the piss out of this thing but yeah..they probably could have cut the weld point somehow and tried to fix it. But they wouldn't do That for free...and I don't want to put any more money into this system. I am going to leave it as is and deal with it I guess...maybe I'm just being overly critical...

Can u cut off the tips and weld on quad tips? Wouldn't that solve your problem?

Really sorry to hear about the customer service issues. We have had a lot of calls and some telephone issues. To hear that you can't get through on info@legatoperformance.com is very unusual. We personally answer every email.
Please give us another chance and let me know what you issues are. This is a very rare complaint so again we are sorry to hear this. |
