I'll have to try that.
Slips from last night. The meth controller really worked well, it kept the lambda at 0.88. |

Gates racing belt, it's supposed to handle higher heat and stress. See how it does after a long pull.

Drove with the blue belt for the first time and boost was consistent. Won't know for sure till I go to the track though. This Friday looks like a good day, see if I can run 9's.

Kept increasing the oncoming pressure for 2-3 and was getting no change, but I forgot to do a reset/preset on the trans. Did that and it shifts perfectly now, but it forgot 3-4 so it slips on the offgoing. It also no longer has the converter clutch pressure starting out at 45, it's only 16 now.
New belt is really working, it no longer slips when the load changes suddenly, so now my tip-in runs lean since the boost is instant. See if it holds up after 500 miles though. |

Tomorrow looks better and better for the drag strip. No rain, high of 75. Next Friday is going to be clear with a high of 69, but that is when Street Car Takeover happens, the track might be busier than normal.
The 2-3 shift is definitely good now, it shifts in 0.1 seconds. 1-2 will be a problem since I can't test it until I'm at the track, it took 0.8 seconds last time. |

Holding off on going to the track tonight, want to work on getting the transmission to shift better first. I may have to disable upshift adaption, it softens it after a few shifts. Belt is holding very well though, no belt dust.
