So much hate for bags. Didn't know what he wants to do to his car affects anyone else. He asked a question and everyone decided not to answer but to tell him not to do it. Well I have a bagged Camaro and I love it. I'd say go for it. A guy in my car group has a bagged CTS-V and managed to keep his magnetic ride. I believe he did a bag over but no 100% sure.

Don't forget to add 28 inch rims, add a candy paint job to it with 15's in the trunk.

To each their own... The style looks decent to me. It may not perform like it once did, but I bet he can still stick his foot into the pedal and enjoy it.

Looks like Vossen CVT.
But the widest is 10.5. Probably not an issue if you are tucked. http://www.vossenwheels.com/wheels/cvt

I don't see anything wrong with bagging your Z. Personally i love the look when its aired out. If you dont use your Z for what its built to do like take it to the track or road course it then I dont see the problem of loosing your MRC if you bag it.
Keep your stock parts and if you ever want to put it back to stock, you can have a dealership re-flash the computer to get all the factory performance data back in for the MRC (I'm assuming).
