So get those o2 bung/extenders off ebay, o2 extension harness, and the cat delete pipes and I am good to go?

I didn't need the harness. You only need that when you go to LTs.

Just not worry about the warranty then? Or take a visit to my dealership and talk to the service manager, I have heard a lot of guys doing that.

It was an odd circumstance. The Big Daddies are supposed to be the #1 anti-CEL product on the market. I did get a CEL after I installed the high-flow cats and extenders. This past Spring I installed my BBK headers, cleared the code and it has never come back on. The codes were saying the car was running lean even though I knew it was not. So you ran headers with those extenders without a tune correct?

I have a tune on the car. Mods are in my sig. It is not a dyno tune however. It is a handheld (canned 93 octane tune).
