I can't say how tired I am from the lack of sleep and the huge influx of students at work. Anyhow, it's a wonderful car, took the highway home from the dealer, and found that 70mph felt a lot like 40mph in my camry. I couldn't believe it.

I also took it for a drive down Grand River Avenue in front of Michigan State University. It's been 9 years since I drove a stick and I still remember.

I know you guys get tired of hearing "the wait is worth it once it arrives" I know I did but words can't explain how truely cool this car is until you see and drive it! Hang in there it IS worth it.

I found out today from the dealer my car is still up at the factory in Canada. It's been sitting there since the 8th of Sept. He told me it's waiting on a train coming this way. He made some phone calls which resulted in the district guy calling up there and putting in a priority shipment of my car. I guess we'll have to see what happens next. Glad to here some of you guys have gotten your cars delivered. Wish me luck.

mine has been arrived the the rail yard in Mira Loma, CA.(25 miles from dealer

) I wonder how long it will take for a truck to load up and take to my dealer?

For all you unfortunate 8/31 brothers and sisters that have not yet received your babies yet, let me assure you...once you climb in and blast off for the first time, you'll forget all about the stress you've been through tracking them from their conception. They are an exceptional piece of machinery, and you will love every second you are behind the wheel. Stay strong! She'll be here before you know it.

Some tease pictures for those of you yet to get yours. Mine came in Friday and Monday it’s off to the paint and body shop for the GFX and Painted Rally Stripes. Of course all of you will still get to drive yours first as I now have to wait until I get back out of Afghanistan in Dec since delivery and my R&R leave didn’t line up like I was hoping it would. But I will sleep easier knowing that she is home in the garage waiting for me.

My salesman did say that he could only get her up to 174 instead of pegging her out at 180 something to do with all the rain but will try again when she gets back from the body shop.

I will post the final pics when I get them.
