You know what I love about my dealer ?

They absolutely love my Z/28 !! It is so cool when you pull into a dealership and they treat you like royalty because you have a Z/28. I loved it. I complained of the red paint already off my engine cover and he quickly got me a new one under warranty. We are top of the food chain !!

Why would you guys even keep those covers on your cars anyway with all the heat those things trap in the the notoriously hot running 427s? Mine are pristine looking mounted on the wall of my garage as automotive art work!

The service guys seemed like Car enthusiasts, super nice.. I am still debating whether I want to take advantage of the free oil changes, you save a lot of money on 10.5 quarts of Mobil 1, but, I am afraid to let any old yahoo touch my car... I want to add 2 gold plug magnets, so, I will do the first one myself. I just hit 1000 miles.

Tough to find a good shop these days. Dealer I bought from won't see me again so I give up 2 years of oil changes. Oh well. They couldn't program a freaking keyfob.

I enjoy the covers in a stock appearing engine bay, for a cruise or display. Truly prefer the engine covers be gone and hood free to flow air in all ways. Make sure to keep the intake top riveted on the hood though, hah.

Its luck to have an enjoyable dealer. Dealers are pretty weak in gaining any trust. Most epitomize halfassery. I traveled to get my AGM and they spent 2hrs deceitfully trying to negate a tax credit and change numbers. Also, rear of the seats had adult size dirt shoe print on one, glass was dirty, after they said the cleaned the car. Etc.

Well, I just changed my oil at 1050 miles and put both gold plug magnets in with the aluminum crush washers. Quality pieces and they did not leak. It took 10.5 quarts almost exactly. I took the belly pan off, so, I did not make a mess. Pretty easy. The belly pan is the only part that takes time. So, I do not have to think about the dealer changing my oil for a while.

We have several dealers in Tulsa, but Jim Gover and Danny Beck treat you like royalty.Never fails that when I park my car there are 6 to 7 sales guys crowded around it, and these are guys that have 8 to 12 Z06's on the showroom floor not 20 feet away...kinda cool.

I'e caught a nail twice, and the guy running the truck shop always grabs the car to fix it gratis. Customer service like that wins my repeat visit and other business.
