San Antonio - Biff's (CLOSED! NO MORE BIFFS!)

PnCRedJwl2SS man doesn't it feel great to just sit in it that first time. Then cruise the town all day. Had mine for 3 weeks now and that feeling still hasn't left. I just love getting in my car every morning to go to work. I find reasons to take off to the store just to drive it again. And then there is the stares, thumbs ups, screaming kids, screaming adults, and just overall enjoyment of this car. There is nothing like a 2010. Can't wait to see it hopefully be able to make it to Biff's one of these days. Maybe I'll get off one Saturday so it won't hurt so bad getting in late friday night. Used to take off to San Antonio all the time when I was younger but can't work off of just a couple hours sleep anymore.

Everyone have a good time tonight. Keep those cars clean.

Firewolff...I couldn't have put it better myself...exactly the feeling--man, this car is incredible! You really should try to get out to Biffs for a couple of hours at least...we had an outstanding turnout last nite!

Hey everybody! Thanks for the warm congrats on my car. It's great to finally be able to line her up with all of your 2010's. It was such a cool way to spend an evening...I think I heard there were at least 17 5th Gens there last nite...and I know we had at least 11 of them in our row at one time!

Every time I go out I learn something new about the car and I become more energized by the enthusiasm I feel coming from everyone about these cars. You were all absolutely right...driving this beauty is a singular experience.

I'm glad so many of you were able to show up last nite--it was good to put more faces to names (don't forget to add your real first name under your avatar). We were still mising a few (L1onel, R3DHOT, Koolwip, 2010SS6SPD, Firewolff), but we definitely had a very good showing. Here's the list I can recall:

210_Punisher (first IBM I've seen up close--nice!)

There were also two other cars in our row: a 2SS/RS IBM with GFX and a Yellow Bumblebee (driver never came over to say hello).

Oh, and if you were there before 8:30 PM or so, you were able to see a Hennessey custom HPE550 2SS/RS Bumblebee! That was an amazing looking engine!

That really was a good time. I am really surprised that we actually stayed out there till almost 1am! I expected everyone to be outta there by 11. Wow!

That was freakin hilarious how ya'll blocked out that stang on 1604 on the way home. That guy wanted nothing more than to race me. As soon as we left, he jumped in his car flying after me...got onto 1604 and he just hung out there on my left pacing me (just wasn't going to happen). When he finally fell back and you got in front of him, I just started laughing my butt off... Now he wasn't going anywhere!

And....I should have kept going.

I watched ya'll take off down 1604 after I exited and it was just a beautiful sight....those two 5th Gens with afterburner style taillights pulling away in the distance...just too damn cool.

Cheers to you as well good sir. Yes that car is a beauty in that color. I'm very impressed with your rail yard story. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who becomes a boy again when talking about this car. Somethings I did that made me feel almost crazy, I realize if I am crazy I am not the only one! haha.

TAG the 'Camaro Prophet' is an amazing guy way more down to earth than I imagined. It was an honor to actually be able to sit in the passenger side of your car and assist you with your bluetooth streaming. Even though it may not have anything to do with performance I'm glad I could help someone as knowledgeable as you with anything that has to do with your car.

C4 ofcourse is my boy, since we met at Freedom to check out there showroom Camaro, its funny how this car makes people GM lovers and I am glad I was there to see him fall in love.

Justin, it was a great feeling to be cruising down 1604 with you and Tag. Too bad it was dark and we couldn't see other drivers reaction of seeinng 3 awsum cars fly downn 1604 together.

Brandon, of course is my smoke buddy out there and he is one brave mofo learning to drive a manual with a sexy SIM 2SS!

Summit white and his kid were pretty cool guys and I'm very envious of that color, great choice!

Aqua blue, your color came out to be much better and manlier than it looks in pictures. Good combo on the stripes! The pictures do no justice at all.

To anyone that was not mentioned also great to meet you guys and see your cars, hope we can get better aquainted next time around.


p.s. next time we shouldn't stay as late so we don't run out of stuff to talk about, haha. I would like to keep our meets as interesting as possible to a point where we never have to drift away from our areas. The point will probably not come for a long time when we will actually walk the lot to see others cars. lolz. I love how that officer patroling the area had everyone clear out except us! This car brings special treatment and extreme excitement to any one who owns any model of it, even the LS.

I had read about streaming bluetooth mp3's from phones, but never thought of giving it a try. That was pretty cool and seemed pretty easy to set up. Thanks for showing me how it works.

and 1604, yeah...we need to go for a drive... Get them all together and just take a drive through the hill country or something.
