I landed my 2014 2SS RS L99 with 36k miles for 23,650. But it was certified as well with an extended powertrain warranty to 7 year 125k miles.

As luck would have it, I wasn't able to view the car yesterday. Dealer called me, we talked, and they said they'd also be willing to do a bumper to bumper warranty, to 100,000 miles.
That by itself sounds pretty nice. Hopefully I can get out today after work to view the car, and negotiate the pricing. Last edited by Tyestick; 12-02-2016 at 02:02 PM. |

Some of these prices seem really high to me.
2 1/2 years ago I picked up my 2010 2SS with RS package and every option minus the MyLink for $22,000 at a Chevy dealer. The car was a flawless, bone stock, unmolested, one-owner with only 42k miles on it. Scott

Here's how I'm looking at it. It's a 2015. Already 2 years old. Little over 6k miles though. The low mileage is appealing, I also like the front end of the 2015's better than the previous models. It's a cleaner, more modern look. Doesn't sound like it's for all the bells and whistles, but I'm okay with that. |

I found a 2013 2SS with 6,xxx miles, for $24,000.
Car had JUST been posted. Called about going and checking it out, and someone had already bought it. So quick! Dang! I did go and look at a ZL1, and the 2015 1SS that I had mentioned earlier in this thread. After seeing the 1SS cloth seats, and realizing how tacky/cheap it all looked, I decided to stick to at least a 2SS. Salesperson did suggest car covers. LOL. Took the 2012 ZL1, with 31,xxx miles, for a test drive. Whole different car. Loved the interior. Suede inserts, just overall a better quality of an interior. I wanted the ZL1, I really did. Checked the oil, it was black. Didn't smell fresh. Rear tires were almost toast. Rattle coming from the supercharger. Something about it just didn't seem right. Decided to steer clear of it. All and all, that's how my search is coming along. |

Used CPO 2013-2015 1SS are worth 24-25k retail, maybe and even that is high. Used CPO 2013-2015 2SS are worth not much more. 3 year bumper to bumper warranties on used vehicles up to 1xx,xxx mileage is worth $2-3k so take that off the price if they offer it to you. If the math works, take the deal and sell the warranty the minute you walk out of the dealership. Low mileage private sale on a loaded 2SS is $20-22k. The only single anomaly right now is the 1LE, you will pay $29-34k for a 5th gen 1LE. Feel free to pay those retail asking prices @ $30k used 1SS, but know what you are getting into (ripped off) and be informed about all of your options.
