Yes, still secretly looking for a new silver one.

Well, you may be in luck! There's a new 2015 in silver sitting in on a Chevy dealership lot in Michigan for under $50k. Act soon!

Ha! That's Hamilton Chevrolet, they had that silver one and a black one in Dec 2014 around Christmas time and I had a deposit on the black one while deciding to buy that or my Z06. Bought the Z06 but clearly sold that (a good decision!) a year ago and still loving the Z/28. Still have yet to see another one in the wild....they were a good dealership to deal with, they let me hand them a check to 'hold' the black car while I decided and when I told them I was buying the Z06 they said 'cool' and just handed me the check back having not even processed it. Good luck if you buy it from them!

Unbelievably a Z/28 just went unsold on eBay for 37,000. I know the seller is here and I'm sad this car didn't sell.

Wow.

Fairly certain that was just a # to get interest in starting the bidding, not necessarily his reserve. The car has arguably the most miles of any out there, and it has been enjoyed on track. Even at 40k you can get one with a few hundred miles for 6-8k more.. as we are painfully aware it's a supply and demand deal with these, lot's of supply and little demand.

Actually, you are wrong. That auction had no Reserve.

Not sure how you can be so certain since it didn't get any bids, he didn't list it as NR and usually a "reserve not met" starts after the first bid. Some people choose to start auctions at a price close to their reserve. Back to the threads topic and my point was why would you consider one with 25k on it when assuming he wanted 37k you can get one like this for a few dollars more(and this a one of 13 AGM CTF cars and how many of that 13 are no AC?)

Thats wrong. I bought a brand new one yesterday for $41,000.
There is a new red one in Florida for sale for $26,000 or more off sticker.
Call GM and ask them to find you one. I did... I asked in an Instant message and the next day I owned one.

I think I am the luckiest person alive.
Thats final price.

I traded a 2015 Silverado with a book of $25,000. I owe $32,000 on it. Dealer showed the Z28 as 50,000 and gave me $34,000 for my truck. My truck was not $34,000 new, not after rebates. I was $7,000 upside down on the truck. Dealer ship gave me $9,000 over trade in. He really took the $9,000 of the car but wrote it up that way for financing. It look better for GM financial.
