Was out and about today, and when I was driving out of a parking lot, there was a biker guy in a red Cobalt that stopped his car right next to mine and asked me about the COLOR of my Camaro...

He said, "Is that Candy Apple Red?", and I said the color was called Red Jewel Tintcoat and, then he said, "I didn't know the Camaro came in that color", and he said he LOVED the color AND the Camaro, and wished me good luck with it, and by that point, we were causing quite the traffic jam in the parking lot, as we were going in opposite directions in the lanes out of the lot...

"All is right with the world when I am in my Camaro"...

I have to say that RJT is awesome.

I talked to the guy at the Lansing vacuum shop as I needed to go there and pick up my bags. He asked to sit in the car and everything. Before I left he was on the phone convincing his wife that he needed to get one. He loved the Red Jewel Tintcoat.

Now those are complements !.
I saw that post and I can say that is quite cool for toll attendants to notice ANY cars, with the volume of cars they see daily...the Camaro really "stands above the rest" of all the other cars out there...

Same as walking a dog, we'll use the puppy as an excuse to strike up a conversation

Great story Donna. I just got back from cruising around and I had the window down and enjoying the (finally) cooler air since the temps have been pushing 100 the last few days, and I suddenly decided I "needed" a large chocolate shake hehe. So I go to the local Jack-in-the-Box and order one. I pull through and I'm sitting at the window waiting and this kid inside is eyeballing my car while making my shake. He opens the window with a big grin on his face and I hand my money out to him but he shakes his head no and hands me the shake. I said "are you sure??" and he said "yeah, I'm sure" while staring at the car LOL. Nice to know what spending $35 grand can get ya ROFL

I'm still grinning from it hehehe
