Yep, in my opinion....

Track Tires - #1 is Pilot Cup 2's
Summer Only/Performance Tires - #1 is Pilot Super Sports
All Season - #1 is Continental DWS's
Winter - #1 is Bridgestone Blizzaks

I had these tires on a 2012 Civic Si...they worked awesome, by far the best all season I have ever used in the snow. Was night and day compared to the all seasons that came from the factory.

I've went through two sets of DWS on two different cars now and both sets wore out the outer edges long before the center at factory rated pressures. Not sure if they needed a couple psi more to wear even or what the deal was.

Got BFG Comp 2 A/S on the Camaro now and at 11.5k miles they've worn much more even than the DWS did (again, at factory pressure). Time will tell how the end of life looks with them.

The DWS was a great tire in all weather and temps.

Reg DW's are solid as well, but are no Michelin PSS. Close though.

Conti is always in the top 3 for tire rankings.
